Love that I will have the chance to talk about this crazy-good mashup of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 24 in C Minor (featuring soloist Yeol Eum Son) and Grieg’s Symphony No. 4 “The Inextinguishable?” My presentation will get into the details of both of these sound worlds, but first I’ll have the pleasure of chatting with guest conductor Ryan Bancroft about the first work of the night: Anders Hillborg Cloud Atlas, which will have its US premiere.
